The team at Imperative Entertainment has joined up with Hollywood film star Alden Ehrenreich of Star Wars fame to produce THE AGENT, a 12-part biographical podcast series about the longest-surviving known KGB spy.
Each episode, Ehrenreich narrates the remarkable true story of Albrecht Dittrich, better known as Jack Barsky, a German-born former sleeper agent of the Soviet KGB spy program. Throughout the series, Barsky recounts the events that took place as he actively spied on the United States from 1978 to 1988, during the height of the Cold War. The series sheds light on what the life as a spy is truly like; and it’s nothing like the glamorized Hollywood depictions we’ve come to know from the James Bond movies.
Written, produced, and edited by Jason Hoch (Gangster House), THE AGENT also features the firsthand accounts of the people who got tangled up in Jack’s decade-long web of espionage, lies, and secrets. Listen to THE AGENT now on Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, or wherever you listen to podcasts.
